حملة (2) ارسل رسالة فورا "نصرة للمختطفين المضربين"




الإخوة والأخوات الافاضل...استمرار للنهج الذي انتهجه ملتقى الفجر نصرة للمختطفين السياسيين بالضفة الغربية وبعد حملة نصرة المربية الداعية تمام ابو السعود ندعوكم  لارسال الرسالة التالية فورا ودون اي تأخير للايميلات الموجودة نصرة للمختطفين المضربين في زنازين فتح والذين يمر اليوم الخامس والثلاثين على اضرابهم

فلا ترددوا بامطار هذه الايميلات برسائلكم وكونو على قدر المسؤولية التي عهدناها فيكم يا اعضاء وزوار ملتقى الفجر الأفاضل فى جميع المعمورة وجزاكم الله خير

Respectable representatives of media outlets (TV, Radio, Video):

Subject/Urgent: Save the lives of our Palestinian sons and daughters from the Palestinian National Authority's prisons. 

We turn to you with our suffering as mothers of prisoners who experience brutal torture and reverse-hanging without pity in the cells of the Palestinian Authority with no clear reason for their arrests. All the doors of finding out the fate of our children have closed and the repeated answers were, "We do not have names of political prisoners or abductees"! 

First: We urge you, with all humanitarian and religious values, to save our children from the oppression of the services of the Palestinian National Authority in the West Bank. They imprison our children while decisions have been issued for their release by the Authority's court. They refuse to implement the court order under false pretenses, and our children are:
1. Mohannad Mahmoud Neroukh was abducted on 10/10/2008. The Higher Supreme Court issued a decision that he is to be released on 1/19/2010 
2. Wesam Azzam Al-Qwasmeh was abducted on 10/08/2008. The Higher Supreme Court issued a decision that he is to be released on 01/19/2010
3. Majd Maher Obaid was abducted on 10/11/2009. The Higher Supreme Court issued a decision that he is to be released on 02/03/2010
4. Ahmed Mohammed Yousri Al-Owewi was abducted on 10/08/2008. The Higher Supreme Court issued a decision that he is to be released on 01/19/2010
5. Mohammed Souqyeh was abducted on 02/06/2008. The Higher Supreme Court issued a decision that he is to be released on 01/10/2010
6. Wael Sa’ed Al-Bittar was abducted on 04/19/2009, and is now in the Intelligence’s prison in Jericho.
7. Mohammed Abu-Hadid from Jericho, and he is in a prison in Jericho.
8. Lecturer Dr. Ghassan Thoukan, from An-Najjah University in Nablus, was abducted right after he was released from Israeli prison, where he spent 3 years.

Second: Finding out the fate of hundreds of our children facing torture in these prisons after all sources of information about them and their whereabouts have been cut off. In addition, we don't even know on what basis they have been abducted nor do we know what charges are held against them.

Third: Writing a statement before global human rights organizations and institutions which portrays the facts about what the Palestinian person is exposed to in the West Bank. Support the Palestinian people in acquiring their due rights, whether it is a prisoner, a free person, a man, a woman, or a university student. Show the numerous prisoner cases and the torture experienced by the Palestinian people on the hands of the security services of the Fatah authorities, and which is sponsored by the U.S. administration.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank the human rights institutions and associations which care about human beings and their rights and work hard to protect them. We appreciate your hard work.

الموضوع/ عاجل : انقاذ حياة أبناءنا وبناتنا الفلسطينين فى سجون السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية



نتقدّم لسيادتكم بمعاناتنا كأمهات أسرى يعانى ابناؤهن التعذيب والشبح فى زنازين السلطة الفلسطينية بدون شفقة وبدون سبب واضح للإعتقال ، وقد تم إغلاق كافة الأبواب التى نطرقها لنعرف مصير ابناءنا و بدون فائدة ، وقد كان الجواب المُعتاد " لايوجد أسماء لدينا لمعتقلين سياسيين او "مُختَطفين" !!!" .
أولا: نحن نناشدكم بكل القيم الانسانية والديانات السماوية أن تنقذوا أبناءنا فلذات أكبادنا من بطش اجهزة السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية فى الضفة الغربية و التى تعتقل أولادنا منذ ان تم الإفراج عنهم بقرار من المحكمة التابعة للسلطة كهيئة قضائية عليا والتى تم رفض تنفيذ قرارها تحت حجج واهية ، وابناءنا هم :
.1 مهند محمود نيروخ والمختطف منذ تاريخ 10/10/2008، وحاصل على قرار بالإفراج عنه من محكمة العدل العليا بتاريخ 19/1/2010.

2. وسام عزام القواسمة والمختطف منذ تاريخ 8/10/2008، وحاصل على قرار بالإفراج عنه من محكمة العدل العليا بتاريخ 19/1/2010.

3. مجد ماهر عبيد والمختطف منذ تاريخ 11/10/2009، وحاصل على قرار بالإفراج عنه من محكمة العدل العليا بتاريخ 3/2/2010.

4. أحمد محمد يسري العويوي والمختطف منذ تاريخ 15/9/2009 وحاصل على قرار بالإفراج عنه بتاريخ 3/2/2010.

5. محمد سوقية والمختطف منذ تاريخ 6/2/2008 وحاصل على قرار بالإفراج عنه بتاريخ 10/1/2010.

6. وائل سعيد البيطار والمختطف منذ تاريخ 19/4/2009 في سجن مخابرات فتح في مدينة أريحا المحتلة.

7. المجاهد محمد أبو حديد من مدينة خليل الرحمن ... اعتقل بعد عملية الخليل القسامية وتم نقله لسجن أريحا

8. المحاضر في جامعة النجاح د.غسان ذوقان من نابلس ..اعتقل فور الافراج عنه من سجون الاحتلال حيث قضى 3 سنوات.


اننا نخشى على حياتهم من الموت بعد ان وهن جسمهم وهم الان تحت تهديد الموت على ايدى المحققين فى سلطة فتح .

ثانيا: معرفة مصير المئآت من ابناءنا تحت التعذيب فى تلك السجون بعد ان انقطعت أى معلومات عنهم وعن مصيرهم الى جانب اننا لانعرف التهم الموجّه ضدّهم والتى تم إختطافهم على أساسها .

ثالثا : صياغة بيان يضع الحقائق التى يتعرض لها الانسان الفلسطينى فى الضفة الغربية أمام المؤسسات الحقوقية العالمية وجمعيات دعم الشعب الفلسطينى فى نيل حقوقه ، سواء أسير مُحرّر أو رجل أو إمرأة أو طالب جامعى ، ويبيّن قضيايا اعتقال شرائح كبيرة من شعبنا الفلسطينى على أيدى الأجهزة الأمنية التابعة لسلطة فتح التى ترعاها الإدارة الأمريكية بموفدها مولر وطاقمه الأمنى السياسى.
اننا ومن تقديرنا واحترامنا لدور ومكانة الجمعيات والمنظمات الحقوقية والإنسانية الدولية ممثلة برؤسائها واعضائها وكوادرها نشكر لكم حرصكم على الانسان وحماية حقوقه والسهر على راحته، لنؤكد حرصنا على الإرتقاء بمفاهيم حقوق الإنسان ونُصرته .

وتقبلوا فائق الاحترام
